1) Once you fill in the form, a member of our Livfit team will be in touch to answer any questions you might still have and get you booked in for your first session.
2) Before we start, you’ll get a copy of our Welcome Booklet packed with useful advice such as a) How to book your sessions, b) How we measure progress and c) How to get the best from your Livfit experience.
3) During your first session we plan out your journey, take you through a movement assessment and take some body composition measurements so that we can track your progress throughout the 30 days.
4) We’ll also give you extra material about training, recipes, exercise, mobility and recovery, so you’ll grow in confidence about exercising, being active, and choosing healthy foods.
